I’m Bee, founder of Bee The Bridge, a coaching practice for women navigating the meaningful next chapters of their careers, lives, and beyond.

I’m a Board-Certified Coach, trained through an ICF-accredited Coaching Certification Program. My foundation is a background in psychology and an MBA from Georgia Tech. Before coaching, I spent years leading people-and-culture initiatives at Fortune 100 companies across the United States, Europe, and Asia. That global vantage point shapes every conversation I have, and clients often tell me it’s part of what makes the work feel different.

I came to coaching because I’ve lived the chapters I now help others navigate. Across countries, cultures, and careers, I learned firsthand what it takes to find footing in what’s next. I blend my lived experience with formal training, strategic thinking, and focused attention.

Our non-judgmental, tailored approach provides structure while nurturing self-trust and purpose.

My coaching is a partnership. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk beside you with curiosity and structure as you find your own alignment. The work moves through three phases — Behold, Explore, Embrace. Most engagements find their natural close in three to four hour-long sessions. You decide the pace, the total, and when the work is done. I don’t sell packages or stretch the work past where it needs to end.

The “B.E.E.” Method

Behold, Explore, Embrace

Behold.

We begin with an honest, structured look at where your life stands today — across the areas that matter to you. For many women, this is the first time they see themselves plainly, in one place, without judgment.

Explore.

Through reflective inquiry, we explore what’s really alive in the question you came with. Often, women discover the work they came for is different from where they started, and what surfaces from that discovery is the work itself.

Embrace.

With deeper awareness of what matters most, you envision the next chapter and step into it. The final session lands the work, what’s true now that wasn’t true at the start, and what your next move is. The door stays open for the next bridge when it comes.
